The reason why this template works so well is because it's a shape I've ridden and refined for over seven years. It was styled off a specific rider that I've always admired and tried to replicate with my own riding style.
This year we’ve improved the Flex Tip stringers, got new contours and concave slicks.
The shape works great in cold water (PE) or in warm water (PP) and is suited for a rider who’s looking for that heavy barrel and a ramp waiting, or even the contest rat impressing the judges and wooing crowds.
Having a board made by QCD is very personal. It's your specs, colourway, size – everything’s yours. When you’re spending more time in the salt, why wouldn't you want a board that's specifically suited to you? It makes the relationship between you and the foam stronger.
