I still have a very straight and narrow template, which I believe is best for hollow, heavy waves, and I’ve found that it is very responsive for quick scoops and down-the-line speed for ramps.
This year we’ve changed the deck skins; they now have a thin layer of backing underneath and it’s made the boards stiffer, which means a longer-lasting board. I’ve tested a few of the new rides this year and they seem to be holding up well, so I’m pretty stoked on that.
These boards are perfect for everyone. It just comes down to your height, weight, style of riding and the waves, but don’t worry, we have every size and core available.
