This went down at Box today, that's Mr Slater right there. And all this while a mate and I surfed an empty wave by ourselves, which was probably bigger and still spitting. The waves were probably better at Box, but I'd rather not join the circus.

What a f@king joke....... I struggle to understand why people live vicariously through watching a pro surfing comp. I personally find watching surfing from the beach incredibly boring. Today I would've much rather watched someone getting a bomb at W--b from the water whilst paddling back out after a wave.

A little bit late but oh well, here are the photos from the big day I was talking about. Remember these photos were taken from a long way away, so its bigger than it looks. Just picture Mitch Rawlins old cover of Riptide, the backdoor one and think that nearly held up, so think how big these ones are. Especially number 3.
1. This was the second day when it was a lot smaller
