So anyone know how they go in waters that cold?

i havent ridden one but pretty sure FRC is an all rounder for all conditions. got flexi tip stringers, so you should still be able to scoop in cold water....but yeah keen to know how they go

Yeah i have read of people using them in super cold waters like north eastern USA and alike so it might go alright.....
but if anyone knows tell me!

hey mate i had a nomad chris james with their efc core a few years back. i'm guessing the nomad efc core is just another name for a frc core and it went alright but in winter was probably too stiff and unresponsive especially in hollower waves. (i do like a fair bit of flex however) but if worn in over summer i reckon it could be a goer, they seem to last longer than pe to which is a plus

I should like to thrid that. With the addition of wouldn't stiffness make the board more responsive surely? and then If your worried about not being able to turn it get a smaller board. Flex only helps if you kook so hard that you should ride a stand-up board just saying.
