True that Meaksy! Should be insane.
Haven't heard much on the main event. Apparently there's good swells for the waiting period.
I guess they're wrapping up the trials. Apparently there's about 120 riders who entered.

It's on live. Barrels every wave. Pumping!

Anyone know any techniques to make the webcast less laggy? It's shocking.

I think its laggy no matter what today, usually i find waatching it from youtube its better rather than the iba site. also make sure its not set to a high quality

I went on youtube and it hasn't lagged for 30 minutes. Definitely does the job!
IBA site was real jumpy.

That backflip was nuts!!!

Round 1 which was webcasted last night was incredible. Seems every IBA comp run there is in pumping 8-10ft waves.
Contest is on again in 20 minutes, will be awesome to watch Round 2 which is a knockout round. Shall be interesting

That's weird BIJ, I was watching a bit of it last night before I went to bed and it was working fine.
Shame that I've been working my ass off lately and have been retiring to bed at an early time. The highlights package is always good but you can't beat the 8 hours of pure coverage. Always exciting when someone does something crazy.

Apologies to the IBA. A few seconds after I posted it came on. Awesome day of surfing.

SO stoked Winny won it. Yew.
Agreed, the judging was pretty average at the start, Rawlins got so underscored.

Still haven't watched the semi's or finals. Will get around to that after work.
