I can't remember but is Fuel meant to be live? Or are they going to repackage/edit and play at a later date similar to the events on the ASP

It's an 8am start for the comp so the webcast will kick off at 5am Sydney time (EST)
Yes, I just read somewhere that fuel TV has decided to play the whole 8 hours of the comp live (according to a legitimate source - ie - riptide frontpage)

If it is, they don't know exactly when its to start so they can't really allocate air time, id say they will just cut into scheduled shows to bring the action

They say on the IBA website that Fuel is playing the whole 8 hours... Fuel website says nothing...

Here's the email from the IBA:
"Tomorrow will see the final day of the IBA Pipeline Pro Bodyboard event run and won. The conditions are shaping up nicely and the big news is that Fuel TV in Australia and showing the full 8 hours of the final day of the contest. So if you have Foxtel/Fuel TV the broadcast will be showing from 5am Sydney time tomorrow. Fuel TV were initially only taking the final 3 hours but based on the outlook and quality of production now taking the full 8 hours! So check it out!"

To us, that reads as though the whole final day of competition will be on Fuel TV from 5am Sydney time. That means we've got a 4am start in the office, with our computers placed right in front of the TV. Can't wait!

Fuel TV broadcast is SICK!!!

Pretty small, only 3-5ft. Good coverage though. Great to have it on Fuel. The thing is that it's still not listed on Fuel. So you have to record every half hour segment for the next 8 hours. I tried to go back to sleep, but it's too exciting. lol
