buying my soundwave ticket this afternoon. slayer, maiden, h2o, f##ked up, rob zombie, dimmu, social d, millencolin, gaslight anthem, terror, bronx and a bunch others will be awesome to see. seen a couple before but will still be a sick day. just gotta get my no sleep 'til ticket now.

oh and in the spirit of the heavy thread, have been cranking these three releases alot lately. recently moved houses which meant going through boxes and finding old records/cds that i forgot i had & how much they ruled

guessing you're referring to enthrone darkness triumphant? :P
i still think mourning palace is such a sick song, recent influx of dimmu listening may be directly related to purchasing soundwave ticket/their inclusion on the lineup though as I haven't listened to them in years haha

The song "black sabbath", off the album "black sabbath", by "black sabbath" (haha man) is so unreal.
I mean for 1966, it doesn't get much heavier than that. People would have been freaking out listening to it at that time.

Most definately. Such an awesome song. That and 'The Wizard' are probably up there are two of my favourite sabbath songs. Fairies Wear Boots and War Pigs take the top spots though :P

Big black shape with eyes of fiirrreee
Telling people their desiiirrrreeesss
Satan's sitting there, he's smiling
and watches those flames get higherrrr and higherrrrr

Oh no, no, please God help me!

yeah all my friends said dwp were awful but I couldn't really take their word on 50 because they don't really like em.
