MMA. Those guys are nuts for fitness. 5 rounds of 5 minute fighting whilst defending all forms of attack and attacking yourself. The shit those guys put their body through is crazy.

and f##ken expensive too!, $60 a month for the most basic basic shit, shame I haven't got the $60 though, I really would want to get into it purely for fitness.

Ben Cousins- Best Afl player ever. Oh and Adam, Im not too sure if you noticed but over in Canberra there was like a ratio of 1 footy field to like 80 rugby fields, so probably not the most popular sport in Australia, But the best "Field based" Imo
