Hubbs wasnt on that video Stewart was im pretty sure. Also has footage of him surfing sick 2nd reef pipe. Comes up saying "speed runs into forward flips are fun" or something like that in some rank yellow writing

Yes but what's wrong with that? Isn't bodyboarding supposed to be fun? Are you constently riding heavy waves or do you sometimes search for fun times in easier waves?
There are plenty of fun tricks that may be unfunctional in heavy wave but still fun to try in small waves. None of the following are new tricks, but things that are fun to try. Just some ideas:
- shifting from prone to DK during a spin (personnally tried several times but nailed only one)
- paddling out to hit the lip and make a rollo takeoff without any paddling in (really fun).
- a solid forward spin climbing the face comboed with a floppo without any kind of bottomturn in between (requires super fast spin, the floppo is easy if you're still high on the wave and have momentum).
- DK carving 3 (never quite made it the way I would like it to be, but fun to try anyway).
- reverse roll (they are not so hard to do... although it's harder to make 'em stylish).
- maybe any prone lip trick except you start 'em riding DK (DK roll to prone is quite easy, DK ARS to prone has been done - not by me - 10 year ago at least).
- ...
Build your own list, think outside the box and just have fun.

frontflips actually aren't hard. i can't reverse air, but i can front flip. pretty much if you have heaps of speed and a ramp that isn't lipping... hit it, tuck yourself into a ball, twist you board to the side and booom.
see jono bruce below (shit quality framegrabs from a bonus section in visions 2.5)

what about a solid DK floater, to air reverse?

i have been thinking of this for a while now, when the surfs at least three four foot, whilst doing a DK floater (forehand).. if you are up there for a while and its over a bit of a bowl generally DKers will just grab the rail and boost out, looks sick... but imagine....
doing an air reverse after a lenghty float...

it could be done and also done stylishly with the right DKer, some will think its stupid, but think of its potential...

matt lackey surfing a solid 4 to 5 foot wedge...
he takes off and sits on the foamball, only to be shacked for 5 seconds before getting spat out at a ridiculous speed, there is a slow warping bowl in front of him.. he makes one smooth rail transition as bottum turns towards the lip... he effortlessy sits his board on the lip with speed style and power without grabbing the rail, after he has been sitting up there for a bit he reaches for his rail and crouches..... he leaps out and up towards the flats while starting to twist his body into an air reverse.... as he is swinging round into a ful rotation, dropping into the bowl and the flat, a bit of white water breaks under him... it cushions his landing and he rides out straight......

get ya farkin froth on kids
