Good outcome NTB. Bones fix easier than the soft stuff. rest wel and get some bone growth minerals into you , if that's your sort of thing. Build it strong to start with and you'll be right for years.

yeeew hopefully, yeh im pretty sure it was from attempting air reverses, cause i was trying them heaps but could never get it right, so im guesse that strain.. wasnt the best idea trying to learn on closeouts :shock: woooops
everything happens for a reason.. we just dont realise it at the time
