Invert To Backflip

Postby Burns73 » Sat Jun 13, 2009 10:53 am

Whos the rider who landed it in the magazine? i only saw it in the preview and couldnt read who landed, I tried the trick, which i call the virtflip, and landed it last year at my homebreak. I just think its way sick to see it published, by far the sickest combo trick so far.

Ehh was on the ebodyboarding.com team, monster energy and spy optics. But they werent supportive, and its cause I live in Florida in the U.S. and No one supports bodyboarding, theres probablly only like a handful of bodyboarders in florida.

I always liked the idea of an invert ot frontflip, myself. Regardless this is a pretty rad move, however it's about time someone thought of a new move as opposed to a combination.. I'll think up one myself after I can pull off barrel rolls regularly, haha

i've seen a couple in some vids a while ago
they're nothing amazing compared with the new tech tricks like invert to rev. and 720's
and unless its really stop start they just look like really loopy backflips, which is cool but it doesnt look like a combo move
HEY YOU GUYS!!!

Gorfs are sloppy and not functional at all, they need a lot of work to even begin to look stylish

Yer true that slimes.
I only realised that they are incredibly ugly tricks.
But they still look crazy.
So gorfs are weird Air forwards right?

yuck... thats gross. basically its an inverted (literal sense, not bodyboarding sense of the word) ars.... but just looks disgusting.
its kind of a reverse roll that turns into a frontflip.

it either hasn't been mastered and cleanly perfected or its just a shit move...
all that aside, kudos to anyone that can land one.

The Gorf (Frog backwards) was invented by Nathan "Nugget" Purcell. When done on a massive section, looks awesome. Yeah Dreddy that's one but you really have to find a photo of Nugget doing it to see the full potential, It's like a late forward air. Is one of the sickest moves in my opinion.
