Ive had "itchy" eyes as a condition for my entire life, mum puts me onto claratyne pills and they do the job, so im jot sure if this is your problem but from what your describing is what i get, as in the sore tired eyes etc.

My eyes have been SHITTING me lately. Turns out I have an inflamed cornea (basically conjunctivitis) but more inflamed around the actually cornea.
Had to go to the doctor today. Contacts had been in for too long the previous month because mum forgot to order them so I had to overwear them. Bad idea.
My eyes are so red I now have the "I've just smoked 20 cones" look
