That second one is pretty cool, good wave and the guy on the beach is in the perfect pose. Would be better if that headland just to the right were more in the photo, the horizon was straightened(easy to fix) and the colour was more contrasted. I quite like it tho, keep it up dude ps. , youve done the right thing with positioning the forgeround
cheers dude. took your advice re: headland and horizon don't really play around with photoshop too much but had a crack with this one as i really like the shot and want it looking as good as it can
It's been a long time since updates, I've recently moved up to Hope Island and haven't had alot of time for anything other than sneaking in waves whenever I can. Ended up shooting pretty much all day apart from sneaking in a quick session just after I took this lot. Here's a few of my favourites from D'Bah this morning.
I was only shooting with an 18-25mm so I couldn't get as close as I would've liked but still happy with how a few of them came out.

I still have about half a memory card worth of photo's to go through from Sunday, mostly stand-up at Burleigh Point but Rivermouth started doing it's thing just before I left so I've got some nice empties to chuck up in the next few days when I get time to sort through them.
