well im not ripped nor fat atm, but when i have abdominals which could make grown men cry i will post some pics if you want hahaha
but seriously, i have just finished my second one, and this is effing MAGIC. seriously. yesterday at school i had a bit of a gut but after 2 of these routines (one last night and one again at roughly 11:30 am this morning), there is a definite six pack coming along nicely
when i find my s**tty camera i will take a photo and attempt to put it up

haha - this reminds me of the Tama comp a couple of months back - one of the young fellas was getting into his wetty and one of the lads saw his six pack - man, did we pat out on him - they re naturally there cos his is a skinny little rake - but omg it was funny - cos we extrapolated it how he was working at it for hours everyday and he wanted to be a giggolo and all sorts of stuff (he's like 14 or something). Is agood club, but the payouts are heavy - some of them wont bring some of their mates down cos they reckon they wouldnt handle the payouts, pretty funny stuff.
Guy, i'm gonna give that little routine a go - haha but without the 10 tonne boots that dude in the clip has on.
3 mins every day for this week - always good to mix it up - and i can't stand gyms, so anything i do is around the home or outdoors - cool

also, you can do this with a bed instead of a couch, you can lie over the side of the bed when doing crunches. thats what i do
and if you dont get immediate results, just keep trying cause i can pretty much guarantee that this works
