You’re a Shark Island local. How would you describe the wave itself?
CR: Pretty damn good
Doc: What has it been like being ‘born and bled’ at SI and what sort of rider has it made you?
CR: Everyone gets flogged out there eventually so it teaches you to take your beatings.
Doc: The SI crew has gone through a lot of changes through the years – how would you compare how it was ‘back in the day’ to how the crew is there now?
CR: The only difference is I get any wave I fu##ing want now
Doc: Being an invitee to the 2009 SIC, what are your thoughts and opinions on this years event vs an IBA gig?
CR: Way better. Two rounds no knockout is the go. Last year I can’t believe they held the second rounds it was a disgrace. the island contest is about big thick pits not lame fu##ing spins and 7-ups.
Doc: what mix of Prone and DK are you riding?
CR: 50% double dropknee
50% prone
Doc: What boards are you running in your current quiver and what are your current faves?
CR: I don’t know I just get boards off glen from turbo they go real fast in the barrel
Doc: And how about accessories – leash, fins and wetsuits?
CR: Shin fins, akileez, camaro wetty, 9ft leggy
Doc: D.O.B height and weight?
CR: 3/4/75
Doc: Fave breaks – local and overseas?
CR: Thongs,curb dogs

CR: wyjambu
