What do you think if Churchills would come out with a "dk style" fin? Same color scheme but a rounded style blade and with a traction system set up on the foot pocket. Let me know about what you think and some things you'd like to see in a fin. It's just a thought. Thanks,Joe.

Any news of someone making a dk specific fin design is all good with me!....i like bluncuts but they REALLY need a ML mold size....so hard for ppl who are usually a ML or are between sizes....blades on the custom x fins tend to be a bit long too. thats what i notice from those two designs.

basically i use tech 2's because of the comfort and the really short blade...plus there light. everyone is diff and has there own personal tastes but thats what works for me at the moment.

for a new design traction is a plus and good drainage is also....comfort in the foot pocket and a good short stiff blade design would be an advantage. a rounded tip or a stright cut tip.

would this have something to do with Dubb trying to get them to develop something?

Cheers Joe,

They want to maybe bring in a another style of a fin.All just ideas in the air. I've ridden blunts for nearly 13 years now, I don't want to "bite" a style ya know?? Dubb has nothing to do with it.

IMO any development and progression of core equipment is a good thing for BB. DK as always is a little left out because of reduced marketing power compared to prone. But DK is growing I reckon, massively (more riders putting it in their mix at locals fo sure that I see). So I reckon there might be a few people awake to this (fingers crossed)

One of the things with fins is the sheer number of variations in foot sizes and shapes, so the more catering to variety we have, the better equipped are our riders, (who currently don't fit well into what is offered). Better suited (to the individual) equipment always leads in some way to better and more comfortable riding as a result.
