thanks for all the compliments fellas
yeah i did hurt especially up the top and the crazy yoga pose that i had to hold for those 3 hours almost hurt as much as the needle coupled with trying no to breath to deeply and bump the needle off me was a blast, nah really without sounding like a tough guy i kinda enjoy the pain for a bit then i fade out and then come to and then jeez it hurts,i kept it out of the water for just over 2 weeks and took good care of it .the end result im stoked with that 1st pick was 2mins after it was finished ill post a nicely healed up one soon, big respect to my mate glenno http://www.glennoart.com/ and genaro the tatt artist a bodyboarder from peru

Dropped round to a friend's place on the way home from work tonight cos she was stressing about some things. Anyways one of things she wasn't so happy about was her son and a mate getting a tatt machine and going for DIY. Now the fella already has a heap of ink, but it was all good quality (he has some pirate style ones 'pegleg', haha) . This stuff aparently turned out a disaster. Note to those thinking of DIY ink - usually not a good idea until you are trained some.

Oh yer, Griff, speaking of quality ink, if you read this, like we were talking about the other night, see if you can bang some pics of your sleeve and stuff in here if ya get the chance.

This is part of my sleeve, Still got the main part to finish. I always wanted to be Nikki Sixx. lol
its basically as you can see one ship between a big wave and a bunch of rocks, and the other boat is trying to stay out of a whirlpool. Kind of like rock and hard place, or the challenge of life. The outside is basically a dragon that is kind of causing the wave and the whirlpool. Its all designed to fit round an old bit that i has done when i was a youth. So the inside, lower arm and shoulder and chest will look the nuts and then there is this old bit ,. it works pretty well i reckon.

Good one Griff, thanks for taking the time to put it up aye.
Wish folks could see it in real life to see how the colours work so intensely. Love the meaning man, all that ship and ocean stuff has always been fave gear of mine, heaps classic but timeless. Defo works well mate.
