How about Mitch Rawlins's ad?
With him wearing a Billabong suit in it, that shows that it is quite possibly backed by them.
I mean, he could have worn just regular, normal clothing but a suit that quite clearly states Billabong might give away some clues?

Also the ad looked pretty terrible.

Man, that crazy johns footage was sick! Surprised Luehman reckons it's not as dangerous as cyclops.. Looks like there's maybe a bit less energy (lip isn't as big/doesn't throw as square, maybe) but it's such a shallow, ledgey, unmakeable looking wave. I wonder if that session went down on low tide? I wonder if someone would tell me where that wave is?

Yeah I wonder how long you can surf it before it gets too full or too low. It only looked about 30cm deep in the photos. That step that Luehman was bouncing off was bullshit, how he keeps his shit together in situations like that... does my head in.

Just looked through that footage again (there's a link on the previous page, Adam). I want to surf that or cyclops so badly. Not when they're huge (of course), but 4ft and clean like in the footage? Oh yeeeah. That'd be the sickest, most terrifying, most awesome session. It's good that their both rights as well.. I wouldn't stand a chance if they where lefts. Hope it can happen sometime this year..

176 is mad. Loved the sea mosters section. Imo big wave riding doesn't get enough coverage, but thats just my 2 cents. The underwater pics were amazing to look at, Joes DK waves were sick. Also loved the pic of that guy (cant remember his name) in a backside DK barrel. Makes me wanna devote myself to the knee. Crazy Johns also does my head in. The pic of Leuhman (I think) riding the step blows my mind

Really great issue. Loved sitting down and really getting into it. Really liked the article with Mitch and of course the death slabs. Also the underwater bit was amazing to read about, gave such a great perspective and a little insight into it all. I would love a tech issue next time around, cause when I read that's how it was going to be, I was kind of bummed when it wasn't. Never the less, this was an amazing mag, loved it all.

watch it isn;t the postal services too Pik (saffa or Oz) - the last mag from my Sixty40 subby went missing and the boys definitely sent it - good on Kelly for sending me a replacement FOC. stoked with that level of service.

i've also had a Movement mag and a rippy go walkabout, so always give a heads up if things are seeming late.
