this will be amazing, i still havent seen grow up, due to the fact that they still sell it for $45.

Yeh its a joke. Maybe the price is just how much it costs to make a profit.. If that was the case I would be looking for a different way to sell my product.
Maybe get companies to sponsor it and send it out as pod casts? Or what would be a good idea IMO is if the mag's bumped the price up to say $12.00 something and include a DVD with every issue x amount go's to videographer x go's to the mag.

Unfortunately so. The price is too high I agree, it's a shame it can't be more along the lines of $30. That's what the skateboard companies charge for a new amazing vid when it comes out. Unfortunately bodyboarding is still growing.

Where about's is it available? Is it on boogerking or something?

I don't mind paying that much when I know it will create lower prices in the future.
And personally, I think its a real stupid move to put DVD's on the cover of mags if it's a high profile rider (I.E Matt Lackey, Mitch Rawlins).
It takes away the exclusive feeling you get when you buy a DVD. It also means you can buy the DVD if you miss the issue.
Oh well :)
