ANother topic - have you guys had a go at msacs flowrider in melb city? I was thinking about giving it a go & wondered if anyone had tried it out on a lid.

I surfed EP on the Island. It was so good.

Yea I've seen the flowrider at MSAC. Didn't think it was open to the public yet.

Could be fun? - love the cheesey training vid

Haven't surfed anywhere on the island yet swoodle - but no doubt would have been good. I may be desperate enough for an onshore grovel - have rels visiting though - according to my wife disappearing for hours by myself for a wave after people have traveled 800 miles to see us is rude - damm the social niceities - haha

Yeah looks like it should be fun. It will be a broken up, peaky SE swell so I reckon I might hit up 13th or another beachie that picks up the most.
That or take my new car in to get a new head unit before work.

Hmm.

I'm going to try and go say about 930 before I have to gather some motivation to do some work. 13 th will probably offer more options. Let me know if your going to go, would be good to get the local heads up.

Hey mate I start at 10am in Geelong so will be going at about 7ish. If you see a blue VS board and Green/Black Ally fins, say g'day. Haha.
Will most likely be surfing Beacon or Signy's. Also low tide is 6am so the earlier the better. 13th hates a full tide.

Spectacular morning along the 13th stretch. Solid 2 hours in the water, super duper clean 3 ft plus. warm and uninterrupted section to my self, apart from the odd retired rider. A few clean barrels and a really consistant dk wave. Great to see what Vic can offer! Let's hope there's more of the same in the coming weeks! I'm spent!

I didn't get out Monday morning either. But I heard it was terrible.
My mate said it was broken up, messy and really bad everywhere. Dunno what to believe, but he's always onto it. I'm thinking 13th would have been real fun.

Wish I scored waves this morning. Still looking forward to all day friday and Saturday morning early.
