Eight months in and Inverted Brisbane have another reason to celebrate!
Six months ago owner Jarryd explains how he was approached by young Box Beach rider Alan Chegwidden, and at the time couldn’t afford to run the risk of another team rider that lives so far away. Now, Alan’s consistency and growth in the sport has paid off, recently joining the Brisbane team.
“It appears that there is a serious contingent of core body boarders coming out of Nelson Bay these days, and Alan has helped push the Brisbane store in the dull period we had this winter. I am stoked to have him on the team, and look forward to seeing him progress further in the sport.
"Alan, like Kieran, is already starting to make their mark in the sport and we here at Brisbane can’t wait to work together with these boys."
So to celebrate Alan joining the Inverted family, Brisbane is holding a competition for your chance to WIN a FREE BOARD!
All you have to do is spend $40 Dollars and over, fill out the entry form and drop it in the box. The competition will be drawn at the end of August so keep an eye out! Entrants will be contacted once the competition is drawn.
For your chance to be lucky get into the Brisbane store (5/632 Albany Creek Road) and check out all the new gear! Good luck and in the mean time enjoy Alan’s new clip for your viewing pleasures.
Here's another clip of the infamous Box Beach from local, and Inverted team rider, Dallas Singer.
Be sure to check out dallassinger.com for more footage and head into Inverted Brisbane for your chance at a free board.

I agree, those Lilgay pull your board up to try make a reverse look like an air reverse look fair rank. Better of just letting it spray and staying on the face than bouncing around pretending you can do air reverse.
