Cesar rips at everything he does whether its riding a boogie, standup, or skateboard. I remember seeing a few of those waves in person during my trip to Mex several years back. I think he is actually 12-13 in most of that footage. His dad Andres is a great guy as is his little brother Tehuen. All 3 of them surf really well.

i was with him in the jrs. semifinal in the 2009 national at puerto escondido, he made the trials for bodyboard jrs. bodyboard open, short board jrs. and short board open. They only let him choose two categories to settle with. So yeah, he still has mad skills
