Back When the GC had Waves

It's been a rather average winter for swell along the east coast of Australia and the Sunshine State has been in the swellless doldrums much longer than most other places. Well, this clip from 05/06 footage from Tom Callaghan could make our Queensland riders go either of two ways: it could add some optimism at what may be around the corner or send them further into their dark, dangerous depression. Let's just hope it's the first option.

Enjoy!

But why limit yourself to only one facet of Bodyboarding? You should be trying to master all the different techniques and approaches to the sport, that way when the waves aren't good for one type of surfing stance/style, you have a backup and can still enjoy being in the ocean and catching waves.

Just my 0.02

Peace and goodwill to all.
