From Jerry:
"This is a clip to create environmental awareness about plastic on our beaches in South Africa, and the world in general. No Standing is an environmental awareness company which was founded by Cape Town bodyboarder Warren Baynes (Warren was one of my earliest influences growing up at home) and aims to create awareness with regards to recycling and keeping the beach clean.
WPBA (Western Province Bodyboarding Association) has aligned itself with the project this year (a first in bodyboarding I think?) and has decided to run only green events by having recycling bins and cleanups available on the beach during the event.
I was asked to partake in this shoot as well and I really enjoyed it. I was stoked to be a part of something like this as it really is important that we look after our oceans!"
We hope that more bodyboarding clubs follow WPBA's lead!
Enjoy!
