Sunday Dec 11th
With Barca taking the Classico 3-1 over Real Madrid in fine style, your roving Riptide reporter was a happy camper last night, not to mention 20 euros richer for the prediction... But I digress... With the forecast swell yet to arrive and light onshore waves, it was another lay day for the Fronton Pro.

The IBA production team Snakes and Ladders spent the morning playing around with the recently arrived Phantom camera provided care of Red Bull. If you’re unfamiliar with these incredible (and not just the price tag) pieces of equipment, then check out Chris Bryan’s showreel and prepare to be enthralled! Can’t wait to see what the guys get when the waves turn on.

In the evening it was promo time for the VS/Pride/NMD boys at Ondina surf shop in Galdar. The local crew were amped to meet some of their heroes and just as stoked with a good old fashioned product toss. Quality times. Big ups to Imanol, Mez and the peeps at Ondina for an awesome shindig. Odds are looking pretty good for at least a round of the contest tomorrow, so be sure to keep yourself updated here, and at ibaworldtour.com.

Hasta manana yall!
